Job Summary
Branch Operations Manager leads the district’s branch operations teams to drive market share, customer loyalty, and operational efficiency. Responsible for performance at the branch level, analytics and reporting of branch metrics and pricing initiatives, SAP/Oracle system training, safety program execution, hiring and resource planning, succession, and cross-functional collaboration with field sales, branch associates, and leadership. Develops local sales growth strategies, ensures SOP and safety compliance, and identifies process improvements to optimize the Customer Effort Score and overall branch performance.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED Required
- Bachelor degree or higher preferred
- Minimum of five (5) years of increasing responsibility in branch retail sales or branch/production operations
- Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and SharePoint functionality
- Analytical skills and financial acumen for articulating metrics utilized by sales and the Branches
