Job Summary
Branch Operations Manager to oversee daily operations across sales, service, materials, and administrative teams; develop and implement operational strategies to drive branch performance; lead, coach, and develop department leaders; conduct regular team meetings and 1-on-1 coaching; drive Lean and continuous improvement initiatives; uphold workplace safety and operational standards; assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training; coordinate with corporate leadership and internal teams; manage facility and overall branch organization; onsite role with occasional travel to customer locations; compensation in the $120k–$140k range; benefits package included; Second chance employer encouraged to apply.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of leadership or operations management experience
- Strong communication, organizational, and team leadership skills
- Experience leading teams in industrial, mechanical, manufacturing, or service environments
- Lean methodology and continuous improvement experience preferred
- Technically minded with strong problem-solving capabilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related business systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and departments simultaneously
