Job Summary
Manage daily office, warehouse, delivery operations, personnel, and customer relations for a Boise-based wholesale distributor. Lead team development through mentorship, coaching, and training on SOPs and culture. Collaborate with purchasing and fleet coordinators to maintain optimal inventory levels and ensure driver safety and required maintenance. Work closely with the sales team to drive growth and superior customer satisfaction while enforcing safety policies and compliance requirements. Promote strong collaboration and open communication across all team members. This full-time role includes M-F hours from 7:30am to 4:30pm with overtime as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Five + years of demonstrated experience and success in Operations Logistics
- Leadership and Management of a diverse team of employees
- Success in Customer Service
- Office Management and Processing
- Proficient in CSD business platforms and Microsoft programs
- Able to build, lead, and manage a team to Operational Excellence
- Self-reliant, motivated, and team oriented
- Supportive and understanding of customer service
- Detail focused
- Safety oriented
- Dependable, a mentor, coach, and good communicator
- Comfortable working both in office and warehouse environments, lifting and moving 50 lbs. of product
- Must be available for M-F, 7:30am-4:30pm+ with overtime as required to perform all job requirements
