Job Summary
Lead and support Chase Winter Garden Branch operations, collaborating with the Branch Manager to deliver exceptional client experiences. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting clients, managing lobby flow, handling transactions, promoting self-service options, overseeing cash devices like the cash vault and ATM, ensuring adherence to branch policies and regulatory requirements, driving loss control and audits, and coaching the branch team to stay informed and engaged. Requires 1+ year retail banking experience, a high school degree or equivalent, and ability to work weekends/evenings; training program and in-person travel for completion are required.
