Job Summary
Branch Operations Lead at Chase in Wichita, KS. Lead branch operations, collaborate with Branch Manager to deliver exceptional client experiences, manage cash devices and lobby flow, ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements, promote self-service options, and mentor branch staff. Requires strong leadership, attention to detail, relationship-building with clients, and ability to educate clients and partners. Must be able to work weekends/evenings and have a high school degree or equivalent; 1+ years of retail banking experience; bilingual English/Spanish. Training program and in-person travel for training are required.
