Job Summary
Lead branch operations at a Chase branch in Westerly, RI, overseeing transaction accuracy and branch standards while partnering with the Branch Manager. Build and maintain client relationships, guide lobby flow, promote self-service options, manage cash devices (cash vault and ATM), and ensure compliance, audits, and loss-control measures. Train and educate branch staff, collaborate to deliver seamless service, and align team with policies and regulatory requirements to create an exceptional client experience. Requires 1+ years retail banking experience and ability to work weekends/evenings; includes training and potential in-person travel.
Required Qualifications
