Job Summary
Lead branch operations at a Chase branch in Falls Church, VA, collaborating with the Branch Manager to deliver exceptional client experiences, manage lobby flow, cash devices (cash vault and ATM), and ensure adherence to bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Responsible for educating and guiding the branch team, building lasting client relationships, promoting self-service options, and supporting loss control, compliance, and audits.
