Job Summary
Lead Branch Operations in Chase branches (Valencia and San Francisco) to create a welcoming, efficient client experience by collaborating with the Branch Manager and team. Responsibilities include guiding lobby flow, greeting clients, assisting with transactions, promoting self-service options, managing cash devices (cash vault, ATM), ensuring adherence to bank policies and regulatory requirements, supporting loss control, inspections, and audits, and educating the branch team. Requires strong customer engagement, organizational skills, leadership, and the ability to work flexible hours; travel for training is required.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of retail banking experience
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
- Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings
