Job Summary
Greet clients warmly, assist with transactions, and manage lobby flow to build trusted relationships. Lead branch operations by overseeing cash devices like the vault and ATM, ensuring compliance and loss control standards are met. Introduce clients to self-service options and collaborate with the Branch Manager to maintain a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere. Resolve client issues quickly while adhering to all policies and procedures. Complete the Branch Operations Lead Training Program and be available for required travel.

- You have a strong passion for educating the branch team and partners
- You excel at building meaningful connections and engaging with clients
- You have the ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings
- You have 1+ years of retail banking experience
- You have a high school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
- You'll successfully complete our Branch Operations Lead Training Program before being considered for placement as a Branch Operations Lead
- You'll need to be able to travel as required for in-person training and meetings
Desired Qualifications
- You have 6+ months of Associate Banker (Teller) experience
- You have a college degree or military equivalent
