Job Summary
Greet clients warmly, manage lobby flow, and assist with transactions while introducing self-service options to simplify their banking experience. Lead branch operations by overseeing cash devices like the vault and ATM, resolving issues quickly, and maintaining high standards for loss control, compliance, and audits. Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming atmosphere, educate the team on policies, and ensure the branch meets control expectations. This role requires 1+ years of retail banking experience, a high school degree or GED, and the ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings. You must complete the Branch Operations Lead Training Program and be able to travel for in-person training and meetings.

Desired Qualifications
- You have 6+ months of Associate Banker (Teller) experience
- You have a college degree or military equivalent
