Job Summary
Greet clients warmly, manage lobby flow, and assist with transactions while introducing self-service options to simplify their banking experience. Lead branch operations by collaborating with the Branch Manager to maintain high standards for loss control, compliance, and audits, ensuring control expectations are met. Resolve client issues quickly, check people into the waiting queue, and educate the team on the latest policies and procedures. Work branch hours including weekends and evenings, completing the Branch Operations Lead Training Program before placement. Travel as required for in-person training and meetings.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of retail banking experience
- high school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
- ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings
- Federal Deposit Insurance Act
- successfully complete our Branch Operations Lead Training Program
- be able to travel as required for in-person training and meetings
Desired Qualifications
- 6+ months of Associate Banker (Teller) experience
- college degree or military equivalent
