Job Summary
Lead Branch Operations in the Sammamish Highlands Branch, partnering with the Branch Manager to ensure exceptional client experiences, manage branch operations (including cash vault and ATM), uphold policy compliance and loss-control standards, and coach the branch team to deliver accurate transactions and proactive client education, while promoting self-service options and maintaining strong community relationships. Responsibilities include welcoming clients, managing lobby flow, scheduling meetings, resolving client issues, ensuring regulatory adherence, and collaborating with the team to uphold branch performance and service quality.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of retail banking experience
- high school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
- ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings
- strong leadership and operational proficiency
- detail-oriented and organized
- excellent client relationship and communication skills
- willingness to educate and refer clients to subject-matter experts
