Job Summary
Branch Operations Lead responsible for leading branch operations alongside the Branch Manager to deliver exceptional client experiences. Manage lobby flow, assist with transactions, greet and engage clients, and ensure adherence to policies and regulatory requirements. Lead cash-handling activities (cash vault, ATM), resolve client issues, promote self-service options, and build lasting client relationships. Collaborate to maintain high standards for loss control, compliance, and audits, and train/educate the branch team. Refer clients to specialists as needed and foster a collaborative, customer-centered branch environment. Requires 1+ years of retail banking experience and a high school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent; ability to work weekend/evening hours; travel for in-person training and meetings.
