Job Summary
Branch Operations Lead at Chase in Rochester, NY, responsible for leading branch operations, delivering exceptional client experiences, managing cash devices (cash vault and ATM), ensuring adherence to bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, and driving loss control and audits. Collaborates with the Branch Manager to maintain a welcoming environment, educate and lead the branch team, promote self-service options to clients, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings to build trusted relationships. Requires 1+ year of retail banking experience, a high school degree (GED or foreign equivalent) with the option of a college degree or military equivalent, and the ability to work weekend/evening branch hours. Completes Branch Operations Lead Training Program and may travel for in-person training and meetings.
Required Qualifications

- 6+ months of Associate Banker (Teller) experience
