Job Summary
Greet clients warmly, assist with transactions, and manage lobby flow to build trusted relationships. Lead branch operations by overseeing cash devices like the cash vault and ATM, resolving client issues quickly, and maintaining high standards for loss control, compliance, and audits. Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming atmosphere, introduce clients to self-service options, and educate the team on the latest policies and procedures. Ensure the branch meets control expectations while adhering to all regulatory requirements. Complete the Branch Operations Lead Training Program and be prepared to travel for in-person training and meetings.

- You have 1+ years of retail banking experience.
- You have a high school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
- You have the ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
- You'll successfully complete our Branch Operations Lead Training Program before being considered for placement as a Branch Operations Lead.
- You'll need to be able to travel as required for in-person training and meetings.
Desired Qualifications
- You have 6+ months of Associate Banker (Teller) experience.
- You have a college degree or military equivalent.
