Job Summary
Greet clients warmly, assist with transactions, and manage lobby flow to ensure a smooth visit. Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming atmosphere, introduce self-service options, and resolve client issues quickly while adhering to all bank policies and procedures. Lead branch operations by managing cash devices like the cash vault and ATM, maintaining high standards for loss control, compliance, and audits. Complete the Branch Operations Lead Training Program and travel as required for in-person training and meetings. Work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

- You excel at building meaningful connections and engaging with clients
- You have the ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings
- You have 1+ years of retail banking experience
- You have a high school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
- You'll successfully complete our Branch Operations Lead Training Program before being considered for placement as a Branch Operations Lead
- You'll need to be able to travel as required for in-person training and meetings
Desired Qualifications
- You have 6+ months of Associate Banker (Teller) experience
- You have a college degree or military equivalent
