Branch Operations Lead - Peachtree Blvd and Johnson Ferry

Branch Operations Lead at a Chase Branch in Atlanta (Peachtree Blvd & Johnson Ferry). Lead branch operations in collaboration with the Branch Manager to deliver exceptional client experiences, greet and assist clients, manage lobby flow, and support self-service adoption. Travel for in-person training and meetings is required. 1+ years of retail banking experience and a high school degree or GED are required; preferred qualifications include 6+ months of Associate Banker (Teller) experience and a college degree or military equivalent. The role demands weekend and evening hours and completion of the Branch Operations Lead Training Program.
