Job Summary
Lead Branch Operations in Pawtucket, RI to drive a welcoming client experience while ensuring branch operations adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting clients, managing lobby flow, promoting self-service options, leading cash-device handling (cash vault, ATM), resolving client issues, maintaining loss control and audits, and collaborating with the Branch Manager to coach and educate the branch team to deliver accurate transactions and strong customer relationships.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of retail banking experience
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
- Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings
- Leadership skills and operational proficiency
- Strong communication and client-education skills
- Ability to educate branch team and partners and refer clients to experts
- Ability to manage branch operations with attention to loss control, compliance, and audits
