Job Summary
Lead branch operations at a JPM Branch in Morristown, NJ, delivering an exceptional client experience by greeting clients, managing lobby flow, and assisting with transactions; oversee cash devices (cash vault, ATM), ensure adherence to bank policies and regulatory requirements, and support loss-control and audits. Build relationships with clients, educate them on self-service options, and coach the branch team to deliver seamless service with care and sincerity. Travel for in-person training is required.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of retail banking experience
