Job Summary
Lead branch operations in a Chase Branch by collaborating with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming, high-service environment. Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings to build trusted relationships. Communicate clearly to understand client needs, anticipate requests, and ensure smooth visits. Oversee cash devices (cash vault, ATM) and resolve client issues while adhering to bank policies and procedures. Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service, facilitate self-service options, and support loss control, compliance, and audits. Partner with the Branch Manager to maintain branch operational standards and drive a positive client experience while educating and guiding the branch team.
Required Qualifications
- You have 1+ years of retail banking experience.
- You have a high school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
- You have the ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
Desired Qualifications
- 6+ months of Associate Banker (Teller) experience
- college degree or military equivalent
