Job Summary
Lead branch operations at Chase's Manahawkin branch, partnering with the Branch Manager to deliver exceptional client experiences, manage lobby flow, cash devices including the cash vault and ATM, and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include greeting clients, guiding transactions, promoting self-service options, educating and developing the branch team, maintaining loss control and audit standards, and building lasting client relationships through proactive service and collaboration with partners. Strong emphasis on leadership, attention to detail, customer service, and adherence to banking controls and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of retail banking experience
- You have a high school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
- You have the ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
