Job Summary
Lead branch operations at Chase in the Long Island Northeast Market (Yaphank, NY). Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming, high-service branch experience, greet clients, guide transactions, manage lobby flow, promote self-service options, and build trusted client relationships. Oversee cash devices (cash vault, ATM), ensure loss control, compliance, and audits, and coach the branch team to deliver accurate transactions and excellent service. Drive staff education and client referrals to financial experts, and maintain policy adherence. Complete the Branch Operations Lead Training Program and travel as required for in-person training and meetings.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of retail banking experience
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
- Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings
