Job Summary
Greet clients warmly, manage lobby flow, and assist with transactions while introducing self-service options to simplify their banking experience. Lead branch operations by monitoring cash devices like the vault and ATM, resolving client issues quickly, and ensuring adherence to all policies and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with the Branch Manager to maintain high standards for loss control, compliance, and audits, keeping the team informed on the latest procedures. Work branch hours including weekends and evenings, completing the required Branch Operations Lead Training Program before placement. Travel as needed for in-person training and meetings.

- You have 1+ years of retail banking experience
- You have a high school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
- You'll successfully complete our Branch Operations Lead Training Program before being considered for placement as a Branch Operations Lead
- You'll need to be able to travel as required for in-person training and meetings
Desired Qualifications
- You have 6+ months of Associate Banker (Teller) experience
- You have a college degree or military equivalent
