Job Summary
Lead branch operations in a Chase Branch (Hernando, MS) under the Branch Manager. Responsibilities include greeting clients, assisting with transactions, managing lobby flow, introducing self-service options, ensuring loss control and compliance, conducting audits and training, and building lasting client relationships. Collaborate to deliver exceptional experiences, educate clients and team, and maintain branch standards. Requires 1+ year of retail banking experience, high school degree or equivalent, and ability to work weekends/evenings; travel for training may be required.
