Job Summary
Lead branch operations at a Chase branch in Fremont, overseeing customer transactions, lobby flow, cash devices (cash vault and ATM), and loss-control compliance. Collaborate with the Branch Manager to deliver exceptional client experiences, educate and educate the branch team, build trusted client relationships, promote self-service options, and ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and audits. Requires 1+ years of retail banking experience, a high school degree (or GED/foreign equivalent), and the ability to work weekend and evening hours. Training and travel for in-person sessions are required.
