Job Summary
Lead Bank Branch Operations in a Chase branch, collaborating with the Branch Manager to deliver exceptional client experiences, manage lobby flow, oversee cash devices, ensure compliance with policies and procedures, and train/educate the branch team. Responsibilities include greeting clients, assisting with transactions, promoting self-service options, maintaining loss control and audits readiness, and building client relationships while coordinating with branch leadership. Requires leadership and operational proficiency, attention to detail, and availability for weekend/evening hours; 1+ year retail banking experience and a high school degree/GED or foreign equivalent. Training and travel required for in-person program completion.
