Job Summary
Lead branch operations in a Chase Branch, collaborating with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming atmosphere and ensure exceptional client experiences. Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, schedule meetings, and promote self-service options. Oversee branch operations including cash devices (cash vault, ATM), resolve client issues, and uphold policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Educate and coach the branch team, build lasting client relationships, and support loss control, compliance, and audits to maintain high standards of service and safety.
Required Qualifications
- You have 1+ years of retail banking experience.
- You have a high school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
- You have the ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
