Job Summary
Lead Branch Operations in the Iowa City branch, partnering with the Branch Manager to deliver an exceptional client experience, manage branch operations including cash devices (cash vault and ATM), ensure compliance with policies, procedures and regulatory requirements, educate and lead the branch team, monitor loss controls and audits, and promote self-service options to clients. Must have 1+ year of retail banking experience and the ability to work weekends and evenings; requires completion of Branch Operations Lead Training and travel for in-person training.
Required Qualifications
- You have 1+ years of retail banking experience.
- You have a high school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
- You have the ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
