Job Summary
Lead branch operations in a Chase Branch, partnering with the Branch Manager to deliver exceptional client experiences, manage lobby flow, cash devices (cash vault/ATM), and ensure adherence to bank policies, regulatory requirements, and loss-control standards. Educate and develop the branch team, promote self-service options to clients, and maintain strong client relationships. Maintain awareness of branch policies/procedures and support audits. Travel for in-person training/meetings as required. Requires 1+ years of retail banking experience and a high school degree or equivalent; ability to work weekends and evenings. Training program completion is required before placement as Branch Operations Lead.
Required Qualifications
