Job Summary
Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming atmosphere, greet clients warmly, and assist with transactions while managing lobby flow and scheduling meetings. Resolve client issues quickly, introduce self-service options to simplify banking, and maintain accurate records on cash devices like the cash vault and ATM. Lead branch operations by ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, supporting loss control, compliance, and audits. Work closely with the team to build lasting relationships and educate clients on specialized financial needs. Complete the Branch Operations Lead Training Program and travel as required for in-person training and meetings.

- You have 1+ years of retail banking experience
- You have a high school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
- You'll successfully complete our Branch Operations Lead Training Program before being considered for placement as a Branch Operations Lead
- You'll need to be able to travel as required for in-person training and meetings
Desired Qualifications
- You have 6+ months of Associate Banker (Teller) experience
- You have a college degree or military equivalent
