Job Summary
Lead the branch operations team in a Chase Branch to ensure exceptional client experiences while adhering to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include welcoming clients, assisting with transactions, managing lobby flow, scheduling meetings, introducing clients to the branch team, promoting self-service options, maintaining loss control, ensuring audits and compliance, and collaborating with the Branch Manager to deliver accurate, efficient service. Demonstrates leadership, educates staff, builds trust with clients, and supports all aspects of branch operations to uphold standards of accuracy and security in daily banking activities.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of retail banking experience
- high school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
- ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings
- 6+ months of Associate Banker (Teller) experience (preferred)
- college degree or military equivalent (preferred)
- training completion for Branch Operations Lead Training Program
- travel as required for in-person training and meetings
