Job Summary
Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming atmosphere, greet clients warmly, and assist with transactions while managing lobby flow and scheduling meetings. Lead branch operations by overseeing cash devices like the cash vault and ATM, resolving client issues quickly, and introducing self-service options to simplify the banking experience. Maintain high standards for loss control, compliance, and audits while educating the branch team on the latest policies and procedures. Requires 1+ years of retail banking experience, a high school degree or equivalent, and the ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings. Completion of the Branch Operations Lead Training Program is required before placement.
