Job Summary
Branch Operations Lead in Brooklyn North, NY responsible for leading daily branch operations, supervising lobby flow, managing cash devices (cash vault and ATM), ensuring adherence to bank policies and regulatory requirements, and supporting loss control, compliance, and audits. Collaborates with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming, high-service environment, greets clients, assists with transactions, promotes self-service options, and builds lasting client relationships. Develops and maintains staff knowledge, educates team on policies, and coordinates with the branch to deliver accurate transactions and exceptional client experiences. Requires leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to work weekends/evenings; travel for in-person training and meetings is required.
Required Qualifications
- High school degree or GED or foreign equivalent
- 1+ years of retail banking experience
- ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings
