Job Summary
Greet clients warmly, manage lobby flow, and assist with transactions while introducing self-service options to simplify their banking experience. Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming atmosphere, resolve client issues, and maintain cash devices like the vault and ATM. Lead branch operations by ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including supporting loss control, compliance, and audits. Educate the team on the latest updates and maintain high standards for accuracy and security. Requires 1+ years of retail banking experience, a high school degree or equivalent, and the ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings. Successful completion of the Branch Operations Lead Training Program is required before placement.

- You'll need to be able to travel as required for in-person training and meetings
Desired Qualifications
- You have 6+ months of Associate Banker (Teller) experience
- You have a college degree or military equivalent
