Job Summary
Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming atmosphere, greet clients warmly, and assist with transactions while managing lobby flow. Introduce clients to self-service options and specialized financial needs, resolving issues quickly to ensure smooth visits. Lead branch operations by managing cash devices like the vault and ATM, maintaining high standards for loss control, compliance, and audits. Educate the branch team on policies and procedures, ensuring everyone adheres to regulatory requirements. Complete the Branch Operations Lead Training Program and be available for in-person training and travel. Work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

- You have 1+ years of retail banking experience
- You have a high school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
- You'll successfully complete our Branch Operations Lead Training Program before being considered for placement as a Branch Operations Lead
- You'll need to be able to travel as required for in-person training and meetings
Desired Qualifications
- You have 6+ months of Associate Banker (Teller) experience
- You have a college degree or military equivalent
