Job Summary
Lead branch operations in a Chase Branch in Key Biscayne, driving an exceptional client experience and overseeing lobby flow, cash devices, and adherence to bank policies and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with the Branch Manager to maintain loss control, audits, and a compliant, high-service environment; educate and lead the branch team to deliver seamless service and refer clients to experts when needed. Promote self-service options to improve the client banking experience and build lasting client relationships. Travel for training and meetings as required. Requires 1+ years of retail banking experience, a high school degree (GED or foreign equivalent), and availability to work weekends and evenings.
