Job Summary
Conduct daily loan origination, processing, closings, and fundings while allocating files for document preparation and auditing closed files. Complete accelerated regulatory training to become licensed for selling voluntary insurance products and assist in branch operations continuous improvement projects. Spend time with managers and regional leaders to understand promotional paths and attend workshops for broader division exposure. Participate in one or more process improvement initiatives and gain overview of corporate roles such as audit, compliance, and recruiting. Work onsite minimum 18-20 hours per week as a Junior or Senior in Business or Finance.
Required Qualifications
- Junior or Senior majoring in Business, Finance, or related field
- Ability to work a minimum of 18-20 hours per week
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Must meet our acceptable standards for criminal background history, credit history and pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Ability to meet the eligibility requirements for insurance licensing in order to sell voluntary insurance products
- Must be a current Junior or Senior in college
- 100% onsite availability
