Job Summary
Assist in daily loan origination, processing, closings, and fundings, including allocating files for document preparation and auditing closed files. Gain hands-on experience through accelerated regulatory training to become licensed and sell voluntary insurance products. Work alongside managers and regional vice presidents to understand promotional paths while participating in branch operations continuous improvement projects. Attend regional meetings and workshops to gain exposure to the broader Branch Operations division and corporate roles such as audit, compliance, and recruiting. Complete a minimum of 18-20 hours per week onsite at a Republic Finance branch across the US.
Required Qualifications
- Junior or Senior majoring in Business, Finance, or related field
- Ability to work a minimum of 18-20 hours per week
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Must meet our acceptable standards for criminal background history
- Must meet our acceptable standards for credit history
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Ability to meet the eligibility requirements for insurance licensing in order to sell voluntary insurance products
