Job Summary
Conduct daily loan origination, processing, closings, and fundings while allocating files for document preparation and auditing closed files. Complete accelerated regulatory training to become licensed and sell voluntary insurance products. Collaborate with managers and regional leaders to understand promotional paths and attend workshops for exposure to the Branch Operations division. Participate in branch operations continuous improvement projects and learn about corporate roles such as audit, compliance, and recruiting. Work onsite 18-20 hours per week as a Junior or Senior in Business or Finance. Gain hands-on experience with the Republic Way sales approach and customer service standards within a leading consumer lending company serving 250+ communities.
Required Qualifications
- Junior or Senior majoring in Business, Finance, or related field
- Ability to work a minimum of 18-20 hours per week
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Must meet our acceptable standards for criminal background history, credit history and pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Ability to meet the eligibility requirements for insurance licensing in order to sell voluntary insurance products
