Job Summary
Conduct daily loan origination, processing, closings, and fundings while allocating files for document preparation and auditing closed files. Obtain insurance licensing and complete accelerated regulatory training as part of the Assistant Branch Manager Program. Collaborate with managers and regional vice presidents to understand leadership responsibilities and participate in branch operations continuous improvement projects. Attend regional meetings and workshops to gain exposure to the broader division and corporate roles such as audit, compliance, and recruiting. Work onsite 18-20 hours per week with a focus on the Republic Way sales and customer service approach.
Required Qualifications
- Junior or Senior majoring in Business, Finance, or related field
- Ability to work a minimum of 18-20 hours per week
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Must meet our acceptable standards for criminal background history, credit history and pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Ability to meet the eligibility requirements for insurance licensing in order to sell voluntary insurance products
