Job Summary
Conduct daily loan origination, processing, closings, and fundings while allocating files for document preparation and auditing closed files. Complete accelerated regulatory training to obtain insurance licensing and learn the full loan process. Assist with one or more branch operations continuous improvement projects involving various departments. Spend time with managers and regional vice presidents to understand responsibilities at leadership levels and explore promotional paths. Attend regional meetings and workshops to gain exposure to the larger Branch Operations division.
Required Qualifications
- Junior or Senior majoring in Business, Finance, or related field
- Ability to work a minimum of 18-20 hours per week
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Must meet our acceptable standards for criminal background history, credit history and pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Ability to meet the eligibility requirements for insurance licensing in order to sell voluntary insurance products
