Job Summary
Conduct daily loan origination, processing, and closings while allocating files for document preparation and auditing closed files. Complete accelerated regulatory training to obtain insurance licensing and sell voluntary products. Collaborate with managers and regional leaders to understand promotional paths and attend divisional workshops. Lead or contribute to branch operations continuous improvement projects. This 100% onsite role requires 18–20 hours per week for a current Junior or Senior in Business or Finance. Republic Finance, a leading consumer lender serving 250+ communities, offers this program with the goal of full-time employment post-graduation.
Required Qualifications
- Junior or Senior majoring in Business, Finance, or related field
- Ability to work a minimum of 18-20 hours per week
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Must meet our acceptable standards for criminal background history, credit history and pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Ability to meet the eligibility requirements for insurance licensing in order to sell voluntary insurance products
