Job Summary
Conduct daily loan origination, processing, and closings while allocating files for document preparation and auditing closed files. Complete accelerated regulatory training to become licensed and sell voluntary insurance products. Collaborate with managers and regional leaders to understand promotional paths and assist with branch operations continuous improvement projects. Attend regional meetings and workshops to gain exposure to the broader Branch Operations division. This 100% onsite internship requires a Junior or Senior in Business or Finance to work 18–20 hours weekly. Successful completion may lead to full-time employment post-graduation.
Required Qualifications
- Junior or Senior majoring in Business, Finance, or related field
- Ability to work a minimum of 18-20 hours per week
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Must meet our acceptable standards for criminal background history, credit history and pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Ability to meet the eligibility requirements for insurance licensing in order to sell voluntary insurance products
- Must be a current Junior or Senior in college
- 100% onsite availability
