Job Summary
Conduct daily loan origination, processing, closings, and fundings while allocating files for document preparation and auditing closed files. Complete accelerated regulatory training to become licensed and sell voluntary insurance products. Collaborate with managers and regional vice presidents to understand leadership responsibilities and explore promotional career paths within Branch Operations, Audit, Compliance, or Training. Participate in regional meetings, workshops, and continuous improvement projects involving various departments. Maintain eligibility by meeting criminal background, credit, and drug screen standards while working 18-20 hours weekly onsite. Gain exposure to corporate roles and company initiatives through hands-on experience in the Assistant Branch Manager Program.
Required Qualifications
- Junior or Senior majoring in Business, Finance, or related field
- Ability to work a minimum of 18-20 hours per week
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Must meet our acceptable standards for criminal background history, credit history and pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Ability to meet the eligibility requirements for insurance licensing in order to sell voluntary insurance products
