Job Summary
Conduct daily loan origination, processing, closings, and fundings while allocating files for document preparation and auditing closed files. Complete accelerated regulatory training to obtain insurance licensing and assist with branch operations continuous improvement projects. Spend time with managers and regional leaders to understand promotional paths and attend workshops for exposure to the larger Branch Operations division. Learn about corporate roles such as Audit, Compliance, and Training, and participate in one or more process improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Junior or Senior majoring in Business, Finance, or related field
- Ability to work a minimum of 18-20 hours per week
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Must meet our acceptable standards for criminal background history, credit history and pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Ability to meet the eligibility requirements for insurance licensing in order to sell voluntary insurance products
