Job Summary
Conduct daily loan origination, processing, closings, and fundings while allocating files for document preparation and auditing closed files. Complete accelerated regulatory training to obtain insurance licensing and sell voluntary products. Collaborate with managers and regional leaders to understand promotional paths and attend divisional meetings or workshops. Participate in branch operations process improvement projects and explore corporate roles in audit, compliance, or recruiting. Work onsite 18-20 hours weekly as a Junior or Senior in Business or Finance.
Required Qualifications
- Junior or Senior majoring in Business, Finance, or related field
- Ability to work a minimum of 18-20 hours per week
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Must meet our acceptable standards for criminal background history, credit history and pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Ability to meet the eligibility requirements for insurance licensing in order to sell voluntary insurance products
