Job Summary
Monitor R & T activities at the Branch Level and ensure smooth processing of daily Branch operations per the Manual. Provide effective customer service and handle Investor Relations, managing KYC POS operations where applicable. Oversee Operations Quality and Return Management while maintaining RCRM & MIS data for R & T Operations. Coordinate with Sales for investor details required by R & T operations.
