Job Summary
Direct branch operations and member service delivery through supervisors and representatives while executing the credit union's operational strategy and growth targets. Define and track KPIs, standardize processes across branches, and manage budgets and P&L accountability. Lead hiring, coaching, and development for branch personnel; design training programs covering compliance, fraud prevention, and service excellence. Conduct site visits to assess operations and member traffic, analyze branch data for trends, and implement business development plans. Ensure adherence to federal and state regulations, partner with compliance teams to remediate audit findings, and activate emergency response procedures. Collaborate with Lending, Marketing, HR, and IT departments to drive cross-functional initiatives. Full-time onsite role requiring a valid driver's license, with hours between 8am and 5pm Monday through Friday.
Required Qualifications
- Three years to five years of similar or related experience
- A bachelor's degree
- Achievement of formal certifications recognized in the industry as equivalent to a bachelor's degree (e.g. information technology certifications in lieu of a degree)
- Must have in-depth understanding of and ability to interpret regulations affecting deposit programs within the Credit Union, including Regulations B, D, E, Z, CC, and DD

- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time
