Job Summary
Branch Operations Coordinator responsibilities include supporting customer experience by accurately processing teller transactions, approving teller activities, and introducing customers to digital solutions; performing operational tasks with adherence to bank policies; assisting the Branch Manager with scheduling and daily operations; resolving teller-line issues; facilitating excellent service through relationship-building and understanding customer financial needs; coordinating across partners to ensure compliance with risk and policy guidelines, and motivating a diverse team to meet business objectives.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer service and issue resolution experience or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
