Job Summary
Branch Operations Coordinator responsible for accurately processing teller transactions, supporting customer experience with digital solutions, assisting the Branch Manager with operations and scheduling, resolving daily operational issues, and providing excellent service to customers and employees. The role involves applying bank procedures and policies, identifying information and services to meet customer financial needs, mitigating risk across teller activities, and motivating a diverse team to achieve business objectives. Must handle cash with care, engage with customers professionally, and collaborate with partners across the organization to ensure smooth branch operations. Includes occasional Saturday scheduling expectations in a fast-paced retail banking environment.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer service and issue resolution support experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
